Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is returned in a resellable condition.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unopened and in its original shrink-wrapped packaging
• free from scratches, dents, marks, or other signs of use
  

To start a return, please email us at bitterrivalsco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll need to cover the return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bitterrivalsco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do everything we can to make it right, as quickly as possible.
